On July 22, 2019, the Sunil Gamage Foundation conducted a community project with Tsukuba Technical trainees to clean and restore the Suriyavewa District Hospital. Painting all wards and OPDs, restoring the roofs of wards 03, 04, and 05, cleaning the hospital garden, and providing noon alms to patients and employees are all part of the project.
