Global Vision Foundation was first established under the name of its Founder as “Sunil Gamage Foundation” with the sole purpose of uplifting the Educational, Social, and Economic levels of the population who represent the below poverty level in Sri Lanka with the highest-level contribution from Japanese and other donors and was incorporated with the Registrar General of the Companies under number GA 3391 in The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on 31st August 2017.
According to the newly approved guidelines of Sri Lanka’s National Secretariat for Non-Governmental Organizations, a non-governmental organization cannot be administered under a personal name. As a result, on March 7, 2022, the “Sunil Gamage Foundation” was renamed “Global Vision Foundation” and registered with the Registrar General of Companies under the company number GA 3391 in The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Furthermore, the “Global Vision Foundation” has been registered as a non-governmental organization (NGO) with the “National Secretariat for Non-Governmental Organizations of Sri Lanka with registration number L – 175804 on December 9, 2021).

The foundation was formed with one simple goal in mind: to improve the lives of pregnant women and infants via meaningful, effective philanthropy. We are a non-profit organization that aid in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by providing the means that make life simple, safe, and beneficial.
An innovator is someone who has been closely linked with every group, religion, and socioeconomic class for at least 33 years, has firsthand knowledge of their problems, and has international direct and indirect relations (economic, educational, social, and political).

To provide shelter for the underprivileged, particularly those from all provinces who have been impacted by natural disasters.
To assist orphanages in carrying on their work and to assist disadvantaged street and victimized children by providing nourishment, guardianship, education facilities, scholarships, technical training, courses, and well-being, as well as to work towards the abolition of child labor and to promote this cause.
To support as well as provide assistance for the education of children who are unable to access suitable education facilities due to complex conditions or other obstacles.
To assist and encourage poor farmers involved in agricultural operations to work without restrictions, and the ability to access all facilities and resources that will improve their livelihood.
To improve the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged families by training and assisting them in becoming self-sufficient and engaging in self-employment ventures, as well as encouraging them to participate in economic, cultural, and social activities and providing opportunities to improve their quality of life and wellbeing.
To rehabilitate and support the elderly, physically disabled, and mentally handicapped in leading a better life, improving their quality of life, and promoting welfare.
