Yokohama Mayor Mr. Nakata Invited the new ambassador of Sri Lanka H.E Jayantha Palipane for a friendly discussion.
The first secretary of the Sri Lanka Embassy Mr. Chandana and the president of SLBCJ Mr. Jagath Ramanayake were also present.

Yokohama city has been helping Sri Lanka in the past. Congratulating Sri Lanka and the president H.E Mahinda Rajapakse for his efforts in upholding peace while protecting the dignity of the country, Mr. Nakata said that Yokohama City is ready to Help Sri Lanka in its future endeavors.
